At Tiny Joy Land, we’re committed to delivering your little one’s essentials safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Pincode-Specific Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered above a minimum order value (if applicable).
- Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS
- You can track the shipment in real-time
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are accurate at checkout.
Courier attempts:
- 1–2 delivery attempts
- If undelivered due to incorrect information or unavailability, the order may be returned to us
6. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives:
- Damaged
- Tampered
- Missing items
Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
We will resolve it through replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Public holidays
- Natural events or strikes
- Incorrect address details
We always do our best to follow up with the courier to speed up your delivery.
