Refund policy

At Tiny Joy Land, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The item is not damaged, stained, or altered
  • The product is not a final sale / clearance item


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and safety for babies, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original tags
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Clearance / discounted items (if mentioned on product page)


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the item (optional but helpful)
  • Email us at support@tinyjoyland.com with:

 

  • Our team will approve the request if eligible.
  • Once approved, you will receive return pickup instructions.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
  • In case of a wrong or defective product delivered, TJL will cover the return shipping cost.

 

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If your item is not approved after inspection (used/damaged), it will be sent back to you.

6. Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges depending on stock availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

7. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
